Admission Standards for Students while in Class

1. All students must be licensed Peace Officers or Emergency Telecommunications Operator or work for a Law Enforcement entity in a civilian capacity.

2. Firearms: No firearms are permitted in classroom unless in departmental uniform or as required for classroom instruction.

3. Clothing Attire- All students will wear collared shirts (button up or pull over), slacks or dress pants and proper foot attire. Students will be permitted to wear jeans provided they do not have holes or tears. Students will not be permitted to wear, sandals, flip-flops, shorts, mini-skirts, t-shirts, tank tops, low cut blouse, sleeveless shirts or any article of clothing that would expose undergarments. Any clothing with drug or alcohol related logos or derogatory pictures or wording.

4. Smoking, chewing or snuff tobacco will not be permitted in the classroom.

5. No alcoholic or illicit beverage is permitted unless for classroom instruction such as SFST certifications.
